Their role is to help establish and coordinate a vision that encompasses business drivers, corporate real estate strategy, human resources strategy, technology strategy, and workplace design standards.

Program Outline
The online program consists of four parts, each one hour long.
Part 1 looks at why workplace strategy is emerging as a profession and the role of the workplace strategist including how to organize a strategy team and how to provide workplace education to stakeholders.
Part 2 introduces the workplace strategy process. We review proven methods for for gathering and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, developing a vision, shepherding change and measuring the outcomes.
Part 3 reviews selected case studies that illustrate how the workplace strategy process was applied to a range of workplace projects.
Part 4 illustrates how changing work styles can be supported by new furniture and settings for knowledge workers in conventional, transitional and progressive workplaces.

Format & Tuition
Dr. Margaret Serrato conducts all session online in real time. The tuition for the course is $425 and payment is due before the first session begins. A discount of $50 is available to multiple attendees from the same company who enroll in the same session. The tuition includes a PDF of the presentation along with the client-facing education PowerPoint file and complimentary access to the AreaLogic website settings planning module for one month.
