Learn the design principles of the fastest growing corporate workspace type.
Agile workplace design is focused on providing efficient and effective office space for software developers who use an Agile framework such as Scrum, Kanban and XP. Having a workplace that supports the roles, ceremonies, and artifacts of Agile teams is important to their success.
In this ninety-minute course, you will learn the five basic settings that Agile teams need to balance individual, focused work with group, collaborative work. Eight case studies will illustrate how the settings were used in different size projects. You will learn the fifteen critical questions that should be part of your programming process. And you will learn best practices for addressing noise, distraction, technology, flexibility, change management, and controlling costs.
